All members have the right to legal aid and only 15 minutes worth (if in a court marshal issue only). |

All members have the right to Fleet security aid (if in a court marshal or Fleet rule violations issue only). |

All members have the right to trial by their fellow peers (only members on at the time and who want to do it at time of need). |
| 4. |
All members have the right to file an appeal to the ADF court regarding the charges on their record once per year and must wait a minimum of 6 months from their last crime to file. (Must be held with a minimum of two (2) of the Fleet leaders and member must have a court appointed legal aid). |

All members have the right to know about an upcoming court marshal no more than 30 minutes before the court marshal is issued to the member. |

All members are to do anything they can to harass and disrupt anyone or any Fleet that we are at war with to the best of your ability without fear of punishment. |

All members have the right to wear the tag (when in the Fleet only). |
| 8. |
All members have the right to speak freely (within reason). |
| 9. |
All members have the right to sit in on Fleet meetings (if space is available). |
| 10. |
All Fleet council members have the right to sit in all Fleet meetings (if space is available and if it is not a Leadership meeting). |

All members will not be held accountable for their actions when they are under the influence of anything (EXCEPT WITHIN EXTREME REASON). |

All members have the right to member aid (if they qualify for it). |
| 13. |
All members have the right to file complaints about other members to the Generals and up. |
